With a 13-year background in naturopathy (Bachelor of Natural Medicine), along with experience and ongoing learning across a range of practices and modalities, she has supported people across physical, emotional, mental, and energetic wellbeing — supporting meaningful and lasting change, and self-alignment across all levels.
She offers both insight and a practical way forward, supporting people to navigate their day-to-day experiences in real time — in a way that feels relatable and self-empowering.
